Enderun Colleges is an officially designated TOPIK Paper-Based Test (PBT) Center in the Philippines, operating in coordination with the National Institute for International Education (NIIED) under the Korean Ministry of Education.

The Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) is the official, internationally recognized examination that measures Korean language proficiency among non-native speakers. Scores are widely used for:

  • Admission to Korean universities and graduate programs
  • Employment in Korean companies and institutions
  • Visa, residency, and immigration requirements
  • Personal and professional validation of Korean language proficiency

*TOPIK IBT and TOPIK Speaking are not offered at this center.

  • Registration will be handled directly by Enderun Colleges.
  • System behavior:
    • Auto-open: February 2, 2026
    • Auto-close: February 8, 2026
    • No late registration, no manual reopening without admin override

General Instructions

All examinees must arrive at the designated test venue no later than 8:00 AM for TOPIK I and 11:00 AM for TOPIK II.

Entry deadlines are strictly 30 minutes before the start of each session.

Evaluation Areas & Scoring

TOPIK I (Beginner)

  • Sections: Listening (30 items), Reading (40 items)
  • Total Score: 200 points
  • Time Allotted: 100 minutes
  • Level Determination:
    • Level 1: 80 points or above
    • Level 2: 140 points or above

TOPIK II (Intermediate & Advanced)

  • Sections: Listening (50 items), Reading (50 items), Writing (4 tasks)
  • Total Score: 300 points
  • Time Allotted: 180 minutes
  • Level Determination:
    • Level 3: 120 points or above
    • Level 4: 150 points or above
    • Level 5: 190 points or above
    • Level 6: 230 points or above

Score Validity

TOPIK scores are valid for two (2) years from the official score release date and are recognized globally by universities, employers, and government institutions.

Test Room Regulations

Prohibited Items

To strengthen cheating prevention measures, the following items are strictly prohibited in the test room and must be submitted before the start of the test:

  • All devices with electronic display screens (LCD, LED, etc.)
  • Electronic dictionaries and electronic watches
  • Rechargeable items such as e-cigarettes and power banks
  • CASIO electronic watches, digital stopwatches, wireless earphones, and similar devices

Note: Any electronic or rechargeable device not explicitly listed above is also considered prohibited.

Mobile ID Usage

Mobile IDs are not accepted at our test center.

  • Examinees must present a valid physical government-issued ID for entry.
  • Digital copies, screenshots, or mobile ID apps are not permitted.
  • This policy is stated explicitly to prevent confusion among applicants.

Photo Requirements for Identity Verification

During identity verification, proctors must carefully compare the applicant’s face with both the photo roster and the photo on the ID.

  • The following types of photos are not permitted at the time of application:
    • Selfies
    • Re-photographed images of ID cards
    • Celebrity photos
    • Excessively edited or altered photos that hinder accurate verification
